Aluminum Titanium master alloy include AlTi15,ALTI10 CUT CASTING BAR and AlTi5 according to different titanium content in Aluminum Titanium master alloy, which are used for titanium addition or grain refinement in aluminum alloy.

Addition temperature of Aluminum Titanium master alloy and titanium burning loss is low.Aluminum Titanium master alloy produces a large number of TiAl3 high melting point particles dispersed in the aluminum liquid, which refine the grain structure as foreign crystal nucleus during solidification, so as to improve the strength and plasticity of the aluminum alloy or casting parts and improve the comprehensive mechanical properties.
