Addition temperature of Aluminum Silicon master alloy is low when use it to produce aluminum alloys. Silicon can make aluminum alloy flow well, and can reduce the shrinkage to improve the pressure resistance. In addition, the weld ability can be improved and the thermal expansion coefficient can be reduced. A large number of additives can improve the wear resistance, but the machinability will become worse.The way of adding Aluminum Silicon master alloy is widely used.
